I had two addition support requests posted and they have disappeared today.
Why would a support request be removed without an answer?

Restoring a Folder that is visible but not accessible
AnsweredI have a folder that is not accessible. I can see it. When I click on it I get this message. "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you." Can someone advise please?
