    Per chat with support, it's a known problem that their engineers are working on.  Meantime the workaround is to disable double authentication, which you need them to do -- fill out a support ticket.

    Same exact problem here that Ed Rayner described above.  Windows desktop.  I even tried to fix by uninstalling / reinstalling the app just now.  Same result.  I login to Box Drive App with password...
