Confirmed that using previous version 16 march of BOX App, it works perfectly¡¡ I downloaded apk from  https://box.en.uptodown.com/android/post-download/1000695633

Hi...it's good to know I'm not alone :) It may have some relation with the AD Connect Synchronization we're doing between our M365 tenant and local Microsoft Windows Domain??? rgrds
