3. Box Tools won't install says it is already installed. Checked control panel and it is not running. Cant open microsoft office documents from web interface as it says box tools needs to be installed.

I have tried using both the msi and the exe installer to no avail.

I have one machine that this does not work on.I have a pi$$ed user who thinks the whole Box project is garbage and we don't know what we are doing. I have had no contact from Box support thus far.
