3. Make sure the storage account is provisioned in Open / Add a Place and that you have the necessary permissions

What worked for me was going into Word, selecting Open then add a Place and then Box. Performing all the screen prompts.

Same issue and also have the current version of office. Closed all office programs before retrying.
