France, I did further tests and changed my system variables for TEMP and TMP from C:\$$TEMP to C:\TEMP and now BOX SYNC starts too ! regards, Michael

France, I run the the fix tool before and after uninstall box software. The BOX installation gives an error (see linked log). Can you help? regards, Michael
