    Following along the lines of https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/28582163642131-Used-space, I have an inaccurate size count, possibly by as much as 20GB.  Please help.

    @Rona, Would you please review my account and see if I have this problem as well?  From my calculations, the "Storage Used" is off by almost 20GB.
