    Box Files Not Syncing to laptop

    My files in box ay they are synced but they are not on my computer.  I have tried to unsync them restart computer and sync again and nothing. Please help

    We had to unistall box becauseit was taking up too much space on my laptop.  I reinstalled it and now I can't get my files in box to sync back to my laptop.
