    I have 20 GB plan. I deleted all the contents but box app still showing using 968.4 MB space used. This issue happens few time before also. Can you please assist to resolve.

    Storage Usage in my account Is incorrect.  The storage usage is stating 218.4 MB of 20.0 GB used, but the box drive is empty. Can you assisst to resolve this error. Regards, Imran
