I closed the Microsoft Office online editing session, but still see: "This file is being edited with Box for Office for web. You can still edit this file at the same time."
CompletedNo other editors have the document open. I cleared my cache and cookies, logged out and back into Box, and still see this message. It's preventing me from editing the document in Word on my desktop...
