Box for NetSuite enables you to organize your files in Box folders by record type — including purchase orders and invoices — and associate that content with specific NetSuite records. And since our seamless integration eliminates the need to manually attach files to records, you get more time to focus on getting work done.
Coming soon, we will be releasing version 3 of the Box for Oracle NetSuite SuiteApp to address the NetSuite ending support for SuiteSignOn in Netsuite 2024.2.
CRITICAL ALERT: Admins will need to follow our migration process to update Box for Netsuite, or risk data loss.

Box for NetSuite brings all your Box content to life in NetSuite. We’re excited to announce an update which will continue our practice of bringing more core Box features directly to our Box partner integrations, improving joint user experiences, and offering a more seamless and secure workflow.
Coming soon, the embedded Box UI will receive an update to the main Box Component (pictured below).
This will not require any updates, or action from you to go into effect. The changes are being made on our end, and will not include any additional changes, or affect your version of NetSuite. We are dedicated to providing the best experience possible for all Box and NetSuite users, and will continue to bring more of Box directly to where you work, to create a seamless user experience.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Box account representative.

With the updated Box for NetSuite integration, NetSuite users will be able to associate records to any folder within the integration folder hierarchy.
More flexibility…
This update gives NetSuite users more flexibility to choose where their folder lives in Box. A common scenario could be creating a Customer folder structure where associated transaction folders (sales order, opportunities, quotes) are centrally located in one folder associated with the Customer, instead of having a sprawled transactions folder that ties back to the same customer.
Previously, NetSuite users were not able to associate NetSuite records to any folder inside of the folder structure related to the integration. Now they have greater flexibility to organize their content how they like and are used to.
How do I access this additional functionality?
Upgrade to the newest version of the integration on SuiteApp.
