The Box app for Zoom lets users browse, preview, and share their Box files, all from within Zoom. Our latest release will give users the ability to:
Seamlessly save their preferred Zoom meeting recordings straight to Box by simply toggling a button
Navigate back to Box to access and share Zoom audio, video or transcripts via the “My Zoom Recordings” folder
Note: Existing users need to re-authorize the app and grant access to new permissions to enable this feature. Users can do that by clicking on the “Visit Site to Update” button here. Additional admin level setup is not required for this enhancement.
This feature is not available for enterprises with a closed folder structure at the moment.

Using the Box app for Zoom
We released a new application for the Zoom App Marketplace, where users can browse, preview, and share their Box files, all from within Zoom.
The application includes the following:
Directly access your Box files from within Zoom, whether or not you are in a meeting. And when you are in a meeting, you can select a Box file to present to all attendees.
Box's enterprise-grade security, compliance, and governance is applied to Box content that's accessed in Zoom, so you have peace of mind that your sensitive information remains safe.
We will be releasing a new integration with Zoom, which will make it easier for joint customers to work between their content in Box and their meetings in Zoom.
This initial integration will support the following use cases:
Start new Zoom meeting: End users will be able to start a new Zoom meeting and invite Box users to that meeting, directly from file preview in Box (via Recommended Apps).
See and join upcoming Zoom meetings: End users will be able to see a list of their upcoming Zoom meeting, and join the meeting, directly from file preview in Box (via Recommended Apps).
