Trouble changing email address

I tried to change my email address. I was sent a confirmation link. When I click on the link, I get the code, 403 Forbidden, Attempting a prohibited action.

  I just found the info here. It was quick and easy to change.

  Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

  I investigated the account and it looks like you have successfully added a secondary email. 

  Once your secondary email is linked and verified, you will have the option to "Make it Primary".To make a secondary address your primary address, just click Make Primary button.
