Cannot access other box account
TerminéeI believe I have 2 box accounts - 1 under email (Email redacted) and one under email (Email redacted). When I log in using (Email redacted). I cannot see the files that were shared with me by one of our business partners (Western Union Business Solutions/Convera) When I try to login using (Email redacted) the prompt says "Signing in as (Email redacted)" If I hit "Not you?" and enter (Email redacted) again, it still says "Signing in as (Email redacted)".
