no new versions were installing for a while and the program got stuck at version 2.28. i try hours to install a new version because the old one had a problem and the files were not syncing. after ages trying to uninstall the 2.38 version i thought that i would be able to install the latest version. no chance. the installer runs and at the end just reverses the progress bar and nothing happens. any clues?

now i cannot install any version of box drive.

please help.

    Can you try restarting your PC and then please try to clean uninstall Box Drive from your computer and then re-install following these articles:
