    Hi Eve,

    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

    It looks like the folder shared to you by your account is empty. I suggest that you contact the owner of this folder.

    If you need to upload files to these shared folders then click on "New" on the right hand pane then "Upload" file. Once the file has been uploaded then you can just drag and drop the file to the desired folder.
