Hello, I have a user who no longer has the same phone number. Two-Factor is tied to the old phone. In my Admin panel, I cannot disable two-Factor or log into the account as this person. How do I remove MFA temporarily without having to delete the user.

    I suggest that the owner of the account contact us and submit a case through https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to look into this 

    which would require specific account information.
