Unable to accept collaboration invite

My client keeps sending me the collaboration invite and it keeps not working. The links are not 30 days old.

  Have you accepted the invitation? What happens after clicking on the invite?

  Is this the first time you are having issues with the folder invitation?

  Have you contacted the owner of the folder?

  Yes I did accepted the invitation by clicking on the link. It takes me to my Box account and the folder is not there.

  Yes first time.

  Yes I have contacted the owner of the folder.
