    Please do so for me too.

    The article here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-Incorrect informs users they should contact Box Support, bu there appears to be no means of doing so. All links for submitting a ticket are apparently broken. This doesn't give confidence in the product!
