Not found password reset email for an old account

I have an old account with email address. I tried to login but the system said password expired and I did as instructed. Then I could not find the password reset confirmation email including the spam mailbox. Please help me. Thank you.

Once again, please generate a new password reset email via box.com/reset and should the issue persist checkout this article, Troubleshooting Issues with Email Notifications.
