Can't access folder shared with me

I received an e-mail that said 

"I'd like to share my files with you on Box" at 10:15 today

when I click the link "Go To Folder"

I get taken to a page with a picture of a UFO that says 

Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.

 I know this is an active file structure that other people are using. Any recommendations?

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    I would recommend to try the following: 

    • Clear cache and cookies
    • Use different browser
    • Make sure you are logged in to Box.
