I seem to have lost nearly all my files! Wow. I mistakenly used this account as my backup. For several years. It's all gone!

  No, it wasn't uploaded to a different account or service. Yes, there are files, but most of the ones that were there are no longer there.

  Does box.com do any backups? Most of my data is gone. I’ve been using this account for several years and it appears that anything I saved prior to March 1 is gone.
