    As per checking, there are collaborated files on the account. You may contact the owner of the folder/files and have them check if they still allow you to access the folders. You may also try to clear the cached data that is stored in your browser to see if this resolves the issue for you. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
