I would like to request a refund please
Hi, last time I was charged for the subscription and I didn't mean to use it at all. I thought I deactivated my account for no further chargings, but today I got charged again. Please, now this is a lot for me and I would like to request a refund. Haven't used this platform a long time and don't need a subscription. Thanks in advance!
