cannot upgrade to Box Business

Hi,I am Japanese.

When I upgrade my account from Indivisual to Box Business, I get the following error and cannot upgrade.

There was an error processing your request.

We were unable to process your payment information. Please double check that all fields are filled out correctly and try again, or visit support.box.com for further assistance.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    I understand you are having trouble upgrading your account. This will require our Billing team to work directly with you so I went ahead and created a ticket for you for an associate to help look into this.
