Can't download anything from anyone so far

Hello. There are three files I've been trying to download but have been unable to. At one point, there was a notice that popped up that said something about "flash" and some sort of warning about "malware." I can't remember what the notice said and I've been unable to replicate the issue, but I think it said something about flash player. 

The downloads I'm having trouble with are these:
