continue to get billed for canceled account

My MiddleGate, Inc. account was cancelled effective end of year 2020, but I continue to get billed. I did make a payment for December 2020 in January 2021. The was done with telephone support to help shut down the MiddleGate, Inc. account for Box.  Please help.

    This will require our Billing team to work directly with you to address the issue with your billed account so I went ahead and created a ticket for you for an associate to help look into this.
