    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Have you tried to uninstall then reinstall the Box app on your computer? If you haven't yet, can you try this and see if this allows you to access your folders.

    If the issue persist, I recommend that you open a ticket with our support team by clicking on the “Contact Support” link just above this page so they can help you further troubleshoot the issue.
