I am trying to create a ticket.  I am logged into Box using my company ID. When I click on Help,  all I get is a screen that says it can not determine the IP for my company.  
How can I go about creating a ticket which I really need to do?

    Please head over to this link to know how you can quickly open a ticket for Product Support. Also, you can just open a support ticket through this page.
