can't open pdf file on IOS

can't open pdf file in app on IOS (iphone/ipads) devices, this is small file (1.9mb) and can be open with default Iphone viewer, but not in app. 
no issue message, no issue in console, just grey rectangle in place where should be pdfs content. Another files open correct, just one pdf crash.

  • Screenshot of what it looks like on your end. 
  • What OS version do you have?
  • Does it happen when you access the file using other devices?
  • Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall the app?
