Box is full even though i deleted and emptied trash.

 

I see this is a very common problem please can you fix it for me, i cant upload anything

  We're glad you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. You may check it by logging in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

  Hi can you do the same for my account.  Trash is emptied & storage used should be around 27GB.

  Please help with this soon as I can't  upload to Box

  Hello, I'm having the same issue. My box is almost empty, and my bin is completely empty but it still has not updated my real used storage.

  I am having the same issue. I've deleted a lot of data and still no change. please run the script on my account also.
