want to share the folder, but need to hide other users' activity

Hi BOX support team,

I would like to share the folder to many other users, but I need to make other people's information and activities hidden from each other.

I create the folder and shared link in the following way.

1. Open "All Files" page

2. Create a new folder through New+, then, press "folder"

Not invited any other user when creating the folder.

3.Open the folder, then press "copy shared link".

Not invited any other users at this time.

4.Just copy the link with the condition of "people with the link, can view and download".

5.share it to many users by email.

6.Someone who knows the link access the folder by clicking the link.

When a person who knows the link access the folder, are the information of other people who also have the access to the folder hidden and not seen?

Is there any way that one user can see the other user's information?

other people's information here refer to the name, email address, or the activities of users.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

When sharing your contents using shared link(s), rest assured that no information of the recipient are being accessed by someone else. Shared links only gives them access the preview and (optionally) download the contents.
