Uploading File Stuck at 100%

I am trying to upload a file but it gets stuck at 100%! I have tried clearing my cache and changing the name of the file, but nothing works

  When uploading your contents to Box, please make sure you're using the suggested upload method according to the size of your contents.

  Drag and drop files Upload folders Box Drive	Upload folders FTP	Box Shuttle standard tooling	Box Shuttle standard tooling Box Shuttle advanced tooling Box Shuttle managed migration services	Box Shuttle advanced tooling Box Shuttle managed migration services

  文字数もファイルサイズも規定内ですが、１００%で止まってしまい、アップロードができません
