  • Good day Rona,

    I did check all of the points from the provided article and everything is good on my side. I also did contact my IT department and they confirmed everything works fine on my side. My colleagues within the same permissions (within the same company) are able to upload the files into these folders without any issues so it must be something related to my account. Can you please check on that? Maybe there was some trial time connected to my account and I am no longer able to upload the files? Thanks in advance for getting back to me.

    This Helpdesk entry can be closed now. My colleague removed me and then added to the list of editors and now I am able to upload the files.
