Issues searching by tags

Hello Box,

I would like to be able to search files by their attached tags. I had followed the procedure (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195913-Using-Tags#taggingitems%C2%A0) but am still having issues. I think my issue is stemming this point "You can also use the tags filter to filter by tags in any search. To do this, click the tags filter and enter the tag(s) you want." where I cannot search FOR a tag, but can only filter current file name searches WITH tags (which produces no results).
