Removed folder from IBM project

Hi Support Team.

I have gone to look for some files from an IBM project and the folder associated with this link has disappeared. I think it must have been associated with a profile that no longer exists and when deleting the profile, they must have deleted that folder and its contents without transferring it to someone else.

Can you help me? Thank you

  Note: We've removed the shared link you posted in this pubic forum. This is to keep your data private and secured, hope you won't mind. 

  If you receive this error, "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you." 

  Here's what you can do: 

  1. Verify you are logging into Box with the account to which the file was shared. Typically this will be your company Box account.
  2. If that doesn't resolve the issue, contact the individual who owns the file. Ask them to either to review and revise the file share permissions or to send you the correct link to the file.
  3. If that doesn't resolve the issue, contact your organization's IT admin for help locating the file and fixing the permissions.

  The issue was solved last week and the box folder restored.
