Box Drive doesn't look right (Windows 10)

I decided to use Box because, when I talked to their sales rep, they told me I would be able to download the app and use the application from my computer desktop (I have a laptop running Windows 10), not having to log in through my internet browser.

I downloaded what they sent to me, which is called Box Drive. I pinned it to my taskbar (it's a little square blue icon with the word 'box' in white on it) but, when I click on it, it doesn't show me the Box application the way it is when I log into it through my internet browser- instead it's just a basic File Explorer setup.

What is going on? Do I have the wrong app? Did the sales team lie to me and the only way to access the Box application is by logging into it through an internet browser??

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Could you please confirm the current version of your Box application? 

    Using your Windows search, type in Control Panel> Programs & Features> Programs and look for your Box version.
