Cant Share A File

I shared a file with multiple people - some got immediate access, and some were pending. Those that are pending are unable to utilize the link to see the box file. How do I give them permission? How do I allow them to see it?

    Is there an error when they try to access the shared Box file? If yes, could you attach a screenshot here?
