Invalid storage space reset
RéponduHello,
My Box account still tells me I have attained the threshold 10GB, although I have emptied the trash and nothing.
Can it be reset or help?

Welcome to the Box Community!
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
