Box Open HTML opens in TextEdit not Safari

On macOS 13.4.1 on an M1 MBP, navigate to an HTML file in Box, open the file and see the HTML source in the browser (as expected). Click the Open button at the top of the screen and Box Tools opens the file in TextEdit, not Safari. How do I change that app setting?
