whenever i try to download files from Box to local computer, the download speed is very low [around 9MB/s} but My computer  bandwidth is around 500 MB/s . is there any settings i need to do in Box to enhance the downloads speed ? Please help

 

please note i tried these options but did not work

  1. Validate your connection is strong and stable (a link to test your connection to Box)
  2. Update your browser to the latest version.
