Can't edit online excel in Box

Dear Helpdesk:

I can't edit online excel in Box. There is no "excel online" sheet to choose when click open, there is just "google sheets", and I can't edit when click google sheets, would you please help, thanks.

    What is your permission on this file you're trying to open using Excel Online? See here to make sure you have the correct edit permission for your file.
