Email no longer working, but i still have my phone number, is there a way to request for a password reset by authenticating via 2FA / OTP Code?

Dear Fams and Box Cust Support My email was no longer working, but i still have my phone number, is there a way to request for a password reset by authenticating via 2FA / OTP Code? Need help here, thanks
