    Can you please click this link and reset your Box password https://account.box.com/login/reset?redirect_url=%2F . Resetting the password should confirm or verify your account too.

    What happens if I do a password reset- then the link comes to my email seconds later, click and it says EXPIRED. Tried doing this several times- I also deleted the user and added again, same outcome.
