Says my storage is full after deleting a lot

I've deleted files, but my storage still incorrectly registers over 10GB used. I'm unable to upload any files now because my account thinks I've reached my storage limit.

Please help!!

I've been with box for years. PLEASE run your "SCRIPT" to clear my account! This happens every time I reach the max storage!

How can I reach you/BOX directly for help? This forum approach doesn't do anything!

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
