Box Status

missing folders and search function

When we try to use box on our desktop we cannot find all the files that we can see online.  They are missing or we have to go to the files path exactly to find it.  Whey does the search feature in box drive not work like it did in box sync where you could type in a file and it would bring it up from any of our box files?
