Hi  We've finished a project and no longer need this business subscription.

Please let me know on how to unsubscribe ?

as the deadline will be in a week and I  will refuse to pay any extra on this.

  There are two ways you can cancel your Box account: 

  1. Go over to this article and follow the self-serve option to end your Box subscription. 
  2. Reach out to our Cancellation team by emailing them using cancel@box.com.
