I am having no end of issues trying to cancel my account which I have no idea how to use and do not use. After multiple attempts trying to reach out to box support - please can we draw a line and conclude this.

    You can go ahead and proceed to end your Box subscription by following the steps from this link.  Also, you can get in touch with our Cancellation team (cancel@box.com) for further assistance.
