Box Status

False "management by organization"

Hi,

On my own Android phone, there are some apps that my company controls but Box is not one of them.

I'm logged into Box with my own private account but a message says  I'm running into "Organization Restrictions", and I can't dowload files (Sharing not allowed).
On the web it's ok. But I'd prefer use the app.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled. And cleaned cache and app data.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Does your Organization approves the installation of any mobile applications such as Box's mobile app? You may want to reach out to your internal IT team to make sure you can install applications in your mobile device.
