Help linking free and corporate account

Hi,

I have a free Box account and would like to link it to my corporate email so I would be able to open corporate Box links. My company won't allow me to create a full corporate account due to me not using it frequently and due to associated costs.

I found this was done before as per the post below and I posted there but I think it is inactive:

I tried to post there but the lady who helped those people probably isn't with Box at the position anymore.

Does anyone know who I can turn to for help?

Welcome to Box Community, glad to help!

Does your corporate email currently registered to Box? If so, note that you can't link your personal free Box account to your corporate Box account.
